  • Response Time: We are a small but dedicated team! Please allow 24–48 hours for a response to general inquiries.

Shipping

  • Every package we send out is a step toward a more inclusive world. When you place an order for a YETI 20 oz Rambler Tumbler or an Awareness Token, our team gets to work preparing it with care. We generally take 3 to 5 business days to process your order before it begins its journey to you.

  • We use weight-based shipping to keep costs as low as possible, and you'll receive a tracking number the moment your gear is on its way. We know you’re excited to wear your advocacy, and we’re just as excited to get it to you.

Returns & Privacy Policy

  • We want you to wear your Skyecrüe gear with absolute pride. If your Champion Hoodie doesn’t fit quite right, or if an item arrives in a condition you didn't expect, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to reach out for a return or exchange.

  • As a nonprofit, we ask that returned items remain in their original, unwashed condition. While we cover the costs of replacements for damaged items, we do ask our community to cover return shipping for standard exchanges. This allows us to keep more of our funds directed toward adaptive equipment grants for families in need.

The Mission & Advocacy

Why is there Braille and ASL on your gear?

One of our core pillars is Representation. By including Braille and American Sign Language (ASL) on our apparel, we spark conversations and ensure that children with sensory disabilities see themselves reflected in the world.

Are your products "sensory-friendly"? We choose high-quality fabrics like the Champion Powerblend Hoodie because they are soft, durable, and comfortable for those with sensory sensitivities.

 

Is my purchase tax-deductible? While the purchase of merchandise is generally not tax-deductible (as you are receiving a product in exchange), any additional donations made at checkout are 100% tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Orders & Products

How do I know what size to order? Most of our apparel is unisex. We highly recommend checking the Size Chart on the product page or in our footer before ordering.

Can I customize an item with a specific name? Currently, we do not offer individual customization, but we are always looking for new ideas for the Crüe! Feel free to send us your suggestions.

How do the Awareness Tokens work? Our Awareness Tokens are "Challenge Coins" designed to be carried or gifted. 100% of the proceeds from these tokens go directly into our Adaptive Equipment Fund.

How can I help if I can’t afford to shop? There are many ways to join the Crüe! You can follow us on social media, share our mission with your local school, or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on volunteer opportunities.
